Nash had also attempted to gas himself to death following the horror in September last year.
He has now been jailed for life with a minimum of 40 years after being convicted of two counts of murder.
In a powerful victim impact statement, Jillu’s mum wept as she branded Nash a “living human monster”.
Dhruti Shah also described him as “evil beyond belief”, adding: “He took life like they were toys in his hands.”
Shameless Nash dismissed his mother-in-law’s words as he shouted from the dock: “It’s BS and I knew them better.”
Ipswich Crown Court was told Nash and his wife “had a difficult and unhappy marriage“.
After the murders, police found harrowing videos on Jillu’s phone she had covertly recorded that showed Nash’s “embittered” and “self-pitying” mindset.
One showed the mum telling Nash “you’re a certified c***”, and he replies “you’re a validated cheater”.
The court heard that Jillu had been preparing to leave her husband after embarking on a new relationship with a colleague.
Officers had been scrambled to the home on September 8 after Jillu Nash failed to turn up for work and Louise did not go to school.
They discovered Jillu dead on the living room floor and Louise under a quilt in the bedroom.
Nash was lying next to his daughter’s body repeatedly stabbing himself as police Tasered him twice.
He was rushed to hospital where he was treated for 22 stab wounds before being arrested.
Giving evidence, shameless Nash claimed he “lawfully” killed Louise as she was his “property“.
He said he did it to protect his daughter as he did not trust anyone else to look after her due to her complex needs.
When asked if he intended to kill his wife, Nash said: “Not begging to kill her, no. It was to punish. To serve punishment.”
Nash chillingly told how he sat with his dead wife for an hour and arranged her hair while checking her WhatsApp and Instagram accounts.
He also revealed he waited for Louise to fall asleep before “ending her life” using a kitchen knife.
Representing himself, Nash claimed the legal system did not apply to him and he compared courts to casinos where “the house always wins”.
Nicola Rice, a specialist prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “Everyone who met Jillu described her as kind, caring and full of life.
“She had plans for herself and her daughter which were cruelly cut short by an act of horrific violence by her husband.”
